Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Annual Report

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation has been funding vital life-saving research in both Canada and throughout the world since 1974. To date, they have helped fund, in whole or in part, every major diabetes research breakthrough over the past 30 years.

The idea behind this annual report mailing was to tell the stories of real children, who are fighting against diabetes right now, to provide an emotionally compelling reason for donors to continue to help search for the cure.

To bring this idea to life we choose a unique 8-panel portrait roll fold brochure for the Annual Report that demonstrated the urgency of the children’s needs and then presented the donor as the CURE for these children and millions of others. Once inside the package the reader is drawn into an emotional letter that features the compelling stories of the three JDRF youth ambassadors featured in the Annual Report, and how urgently the donor’s continued support is needed to help find a cure today.
