Humber River Regional Hospital Foundation Spring Renewal

Humber River Regional Hospital cares for hundreds of thousands of patients every year and is one of the busiest community hospitals in all of the GTA. As with all Spring Renewal mailings, we knew that we had to create an impactful package that would immediately grab the donors’ attention and motivate them to make that all important first renewal gift of the new year.

To achieve this goal, we created a simple “Thank You” package which featured bright images of Spring flowers throughout. Once inside, the letter offered a very warm and heartfelt thanks to the donor for their support over the past year, told them exactly how their donations were used to make a difference in people’s lives, and then made a very strong case for donors to continue to support their local hospital and the people in their community.
